Support Your Progress

We will be in touch with you in between appointments, to check in and support your progress.

Individual Guidance

Individual guidance to suit your lifestyle and needs. For example, if you are going through the menopause, we will look holistically at your health and look to discover the reasons stopping you currently from reaching your goals.

Medical Support

We work alongside your medical doctor, to help improve your medical condition with the aim of reducing any meds you may be taking.

“We all found the session really valuable (and it was interesting watching our son get his food sorted before tennis this afternoon – definitely took on some of the advice which is great!).”
